FOPC is presenting at the 2024 New River Symposium, a  multi-disciplinary conference and celebration of the New River watershed hosted by New River Conservancy.  Symposium is open to anyone with a professional or amateur interest in the New River. All are welcome!

Finished in 1959, the Gatewood Dam holds back Peak Creek as a water source for the town of Pulaski.

Peak Creek was busy at Heritage Park this evening as anglers took advantage of the warm weather. Designated as a Class B Trout Stream, the Creek is regularly stocked.
